Your First 90 Days: A Guided Development Path

The first 90 days are organized into development phases rather than guaranteed calendar deadlines. Your actual licensing and contracting timeline may vary by province, exam availability, background checks, E&O requirements, and carrier processing times.

How Support Works on This Team

Each new advisor receives a structured 90-day development plan, a designated mentor, weekly group training, scheduled individual support, and clear progress reviews. Mentoring assignments are based on onboarding stage, development needs, and available capacity.

Jim leads the overall development program and remains involved in key milestone reviews, complex cases, and escalation matters. As the team grows, qualified senior advisors may provide individual mentoring under Jim's direction.
